Il Coro Konzertchor Hans Schlaud è
stato fondato nel 1983. A partire da questa data il coro si esibito innumerevoli
volte in molte città della Germania ed ha effettuato viaggi musicali in Italia
ed in Austria. Il coro ha inciso diversi dischi e CD in collaborazione con i più
rinomati solisti quali Melanie Holiday, Lisa Griffith, Hermann Prey e Rene Kollo.
Con il coro si esibirà questa sera in alcuni brani il grande baritono
Horst Fink.

Hans Schlaud
studied Choral and Orchestral
Conducting in Mainz, Frankfurt and Salzburg. He directs many renowned choirs and
he is award winner of very important international Choral Competitions such as
the Franz Schubert Competition in Vienna, the Zoltan Kodaly Competition in
Budapest and the Concorso Praga Cantat in Prague. Since 1993 he is President of
the Jury of the International Choral Festival “Orlando di Lasso”, which takes
place in Rome. The Choir “Konzertchor Hans Schlaud”, which originally is
composed of 180 singers, is pleased to perform again in the Eternal City with a
smaller cast.
The Choir Konzertchor Hans
Schlaud was formed in 1983 on the initiative of conductor Hans Schlaud and
has continued since then to perform successfully in many cities of Germany. The
choir also toured in Italy and Austria. Furthermore the choir also recorded many
albums and CD’s in collaboration with renowned soloists and artists like Melanie
Holiday, Lisa Griffith, Hermann Prey and Rene Kollo. Tonight the famous baritone
Horst Fink will delight the audience singing with the choir.
