La Neue Philharmonie München, fondata nel 2005, è un’orchestra composta da circa 80 giovani musicisti di talento provenienti dalla Germania e da altri paesi dell’Unione Europea, la cui età varia fra gli 11 e i 25 anni. Il repertorio musicale dell’orchestra prevede opere di altissimo livello, le quali vengono studiate in collaborazione con i più importanti professori universitari, fra cui il Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Peter Sadlo, con i membri dell’Orchestra della Radio Bavarese, ed i più rinomati solisti e direttori.

Per l’impegno nella formazione di una nuova generazione di musicisti, l’Associazione Musikwerkstatt Jugend e.V. ha ricevuto nel 2005 il “Tassilo-Award” dal Süddeutsche Zeitung. L’orchestra si esibisce regolarmente a Monaco così come in molte altre città della Germania ed all’estero. Grazie al suo impegno nei confronti della musica, la Neue Philharmonie München è diventata una delle orchestre giovanili più stimate nell’area di Monaco.

Dorian Keilhack, direttore d’orchestra e pianista, ha studiato pianoforte e direzione presso le Università di Norimberga e Friburgo e presso la rinomata Juilliard School di New York. Nel 1998/1999 Keilhack è stato direttore artistico del Teatro di Norimberga. Inoltre, nel 2009 è diventato direttore artistico ed assistente del direttore musicale del Teatro Nazionale di Innsbruck. Dal 2005 al 2008 Keilhack è stato direttore dell’Opera di Erfurt. Dal 2000 si dedica alla formazione di giovani cantanti e musicisti ed insegna durante il periodo estivo alla Miami Frost University.

Clara Baesecke nasce nel 1996 a Monaco, città nella quale frequenta il Liceo Artistico Musicale. Studia Violoncello presso la scuola di musica locale con il Maestro Michael Weiss. Ha partecipato a numerose competizioni per giovani musicisti vincendo prestigiosi premi. Dal 2010 è membro della Nuova Orchestra Filarmonica di Monaco, mentre dal 2013 è anche membro dell’Orchestra dei giovani della Germania. Clara Beasecke è sostenuta dal Consiglio di Musica Bavarese e dalla Fondazione Culturale per Giovani con sede a Monaco.

The Neue Philharmonie München, founded in 2005, offers 80 young musicians at the age from 15 up to 25 years, who have distinguished themselves in approved music contests at federal level, young students from all over Germany and the European area, an orchestra, which leads professionally to the competence and qualification for the career of an orchestra musician. The orchestra provides outstanding work with experienced instructors from academies, like Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. Peter Sadlo, or members of the Bavarian broadcast orchestra, in cooperation with famous soloists and conductors.

The Encouragement for the next generation of classical musicians through experienced experts is part of the concept of the Musikwerkstattjugend. For that encouragement the organization got the remarkable Tassilo-cultural award of the “Süddeutsche Zeitung” in 2005. This orchestra, which has several projects a year and with constant concerts in Munich, other German towns and abroad, has gradually made an incredible development and is one of the most contemplated young orchestras in the Munich area.

The conductor and pianist Dorian Keilhack studied piano and conducting at the academies in Nürnberg, Freiburg and the famous Juilliard School in New York. In 1998/99 Keilhack was solo coach at the theater in Nürnberg. In Autumn 1999 the theater manager Brigitte Fassbaender and the music director Schmöhe got Keilhack as solo coach with conducting engagement (from 2003 with bandmaster engagement) and assistant of the music director to the national theater in Innsbruck/Tyrol. During the season 2005 till 2008 was Keilhack bandmaster and director of studies at the Erfurt opera. Since 2000 he gives his knowledge to young singers and musicians in master classes and teaches for the summer program at the Miami Frost University as a guest professor.  

Clara Baesecke was born 1996 in Munich. She visits the 11 grade at the “liceo artistico-musicale”. She received her first Cello instruction in the local music school by Michael Weiss. Since then she has won several first awards in music contests for young people and a second place in a music contest at federal level. Since 2010 she is a permanent member of the “Neue Philharmonie München”, since summer 2013 also member of the German youth orchestra. Clara is promoted by the Bavarian Music Council and the youth-culture foundation in Munich.
